Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
2 Teaspoons ground coriander seeds
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
2 Teaspoons sweet paprika
2 Teaspoons ground turmeric
2 Teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 Teaspoons black pepper
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and give it a really good mix then season with salt to taste.
Rub a generous amount over your lamb pieces then place lamb pieces on your Ezyspit rotisserie shaft using the forks to hold it in place. Drizzle with a little olive oil then mount the shaft onto your Ezyspit using the motor and spigot. Cook over a slow fire basting with lemon juice every 10 minutes until lamb is cooked.
Cut lamb finely and serve in pita bread with tabouli, hommus and sliced onion. Alternatively serve on a plate with roasted or steamed vegetables.
